Lovely machine spoilt by not having auto switch off. You have to watch until required water requirement is met. Look away for 2 seconds and you have a mess. Have changed the overflow to a larger container which has helped.
Neo Direct LtdThis is a really good little machine. I'm finding it really useful because I don't have to hold anything heavy to use it. The water comes out boiling as far as I can tell. I've heard of leaking issues with other kettles like this as well as funny tastes. I haven't noticed either of these issues with this machine. The water turns off as soon as you press the off button. Before use I boiled 2 tank fulls and ran it through with a teaspoon of bicarb dissolved, just to make sure there was no residue from manufacturer or anything. I would highly recommend this to others.
